Being in your twenties is such a strange concept because how are we technically in the same stage of life while living COMPLETELY different lives? And I genuinely love the life I’m building. I don’t feel like I’m behind or that I should be doing what everyone else is doing. But every now and then I still have that moment of: Wait… I’m 28? When did THAT happen? ? I think maybe that’s the weirdest part of growing up, realising there was never one timeline in the first place. 28 and still confused by my own contradictions ?✨ I can be disciplined enough to write a book, get two degrees and move across the world ?? but somehow a consistent meal routine is where I draw the line ? The older I get, the more I realise that knowing better doesn’t automatically mean doing better — and from my side, that’s okay ? I don’t need to have every part of myself figured out at once. Some things are still a work in progress. Some probably always will be ? What’s something about yourself that makes absolutely no sense to you? ? Somehow, the joy and excitement of seeing it out there never gets old. I’m so grateful for every single person who reads it, shares it with their people, recommends it, or simply brings it up in conversation.
